Our commercial law focused associate received his law degree after his other studies in 2007 from the Faculty of Law of University of Debrecen. Between 2007 and 2008 he was a student of University of West Florida in the US. During his studies he contributed to the operation of the firm as an intern, and as a lawyer he started off his junior period at a Hungarian firm with international background. After qualifying as an attorney in 2012, he became a member of the Budapest Bar Association and shortly thereafter joined the firm.
His general practice area is on commercial matters, including undertaking transactions and drafting agreements related to fast moving consumer products and other goods, with a particular emphasis on supply chain relationships, with a focus on pharmaceuticals, as well as general commercial law. As part of his transaction practice he is actively involved in M&A matters, due diligence and providing commercial minded legal advice in transactions. He also deals with corporate matters, immigration matters as well as issues relating to residential and commercial real estates.
